Backed by a small group of seemingly wealthy and well-equipped individuals. For the most part, they seem to follow the general pattern of a street-gang, members relying on each other for protection and working together to bring about the end of their enemies. There are rumors of strange dealings within the group, of some sinister agenda, but these are largely unsubstantiated.
