The organisations within New Carthage range from churches and collections of like minded individuals, to loosely political entities with an axe to grind and crime syndicates. More organised and recognised than the common street gang, but either too poor, too criminal or too esoteric to make the jump to corporate status, these disparate groups form a humming undercurrent to the commerce of the city.

Some of the organisations listed here have fallen into ruin and are noted for historical purposes only, whilst others are very much alive.
